What does Scripture tell us to do during a pandemic?

For the past few years, there has been a severe pandemic. In the United States there has been quite a debate as to whether people should wear masks covering their mouths or not, and whether or not people should quarantine themselves. Within American media it is normally portrayed as secular progressive leftists promoting mask wearing and quarantining, and right wing conservative Christians as being against such. It is very well known to readers of this blog, and to those who listen to video and audio recordings and live studies with me, that ever since the late 1990s, I have considered the majority of right-wing conservative mainstream Christians to be anti-christs, people who claim to follow Christ, but in actuality do not follow his teachings. I shall prove, using scripture, that their stance on how to handle the pandemic is the exact opposite of what God says to do.

“The person with such an infectious disease must wear torn clothes, let his hair be unkempt, cover the lower part of his face and cry out, ‘Unclean! Unclean!’ As long as he has the infection he remains unclean. He must live alone; he must live outside the camp.”

Leviticus 13: 45-46

So clearly we are to take precautions, and cover up the lower part of our faces, and to quarantine. No one may argue, “But that says that only the infected have to do that, not the uninfected!” That is a valid argument, however during a pandemic it would be prudent/wise to take such precautions as to not become infected. So although I admit that technically only the infected have to do that, it may be wise to do the best that one can, so that they themselves do not become infected.

So based on this, would it be accurate to say that the people who are against mask wearing and quarantining are followers of God or are they promoting the opposite of what God instructed? If one wants to follow the letter of the law, they could argue that these people are following God by only recommending that the infected wear masks and quarantine; however if one is to follow the spirit of the law, what the laws intention is, it would be prudent during a severe pandemic for everyone to the best of their ability to take measures to prevent further infections.
